Within the framework of the project the following activities will be carried out:

During the first project phase applied national quality management systems at schools will be compared internationally. In the second phase there will be an international analysis of selected national quality management aspects. After that the project partners will develop joint international quality management concepts with reference to the selected aspects. During the third project phase these concepts will be implemented at the partner schools and also be evaluated. Subsequent to the evaluation the quality concepts will be enhanced.

Development, implementation and evaluation of the quality concepts are performed by teachers as well as students.
